Who is the subscription for?

It is designed for small and medium-sized businesses that need regular legal support without the cost of employing an in-house legal team.

Who carries out the work?

The legal work is carried out by qualified solicitors at Ballantines LLP. It is solicitor work—not a non-legal service supervised from a distance.

What does the monthly fee include?

Up to four hours of solicitor work each month across agreed business legal matters. This can include the usual day-to-day legal advice, documents and negotiations your business needs. We will confirm scope and priorities with you before work begins.

Is this legal advice?

Yes. The subscription provides legal advice and solicitor work from qualified solicitors. It does not include financial, tax, investment, accountancy or general business consultancy.

What if we need more than four hours?

If you need extra legal support in a particular month, or regularly as your needs grow, we can provide it at a subsidised subscriber hourly rate. We will agree the rate and scope with you in advance.

How does the launch rate work?

The first 100 accepted businesses can join at £500 per month for the first six months, subject to a six-month minimum commitment and the subscription terms. The standard monthly rate is £1,000.
